Bees and Sons of Bees

When I hear liberals in the media and Congress repeating Obama’s lies while doing their best to make Romney appear to be a tax chiseler, a killer of cancer victims, a job destroyer and a candidate doomed to lose, I am reminded that whereas bees give up their lives to protect their queen, liberals are only willing to risk their reputations on behalf of their own.

Another lie that everyone on the Left seems dedicated to promoting is that the majority of the world’s Muslims are decent and peace-loving. What absolute hogwash! I would first remind everyone that even in the heyday of Hitler and Stalin, not every German or Russian was a Nazi or a Communist. In every society, there are those who lead and those who follow. But once war breaks out, everyone falls into line.

The truth is that it’s always a minority of activists who bring about change, be it for good, as with the American Revolution, or for evil, as with the French and Russian revolutions or the Arab Spring upheavals.

How much longer are we going to have to listen to the tripe our national leaders feed us about the small handful of Islamists who are causing all the trouble?

For the past 14 centuries, Islam has been the scourge of humanity. For the longest time, they tried to kill or convert everyone who was an infidel. When they found they couldn’t defeat Christianity, they hibernated. But all it took was Jimmy Carter pulling the Persian rug out from under the Shah of Iran to incite renewed insanity in the Muslim world.

Over the past 30-odd years, we have seen these creatures in all their glory, whether it was blowing up embassies and skyscrapers or pizza parlors and school buses. We have seen them hang and burn people from bridges and behead others on television. And even here in America, we have seen any number of so-called honor killings brought about when fathers murdered their daughters because they dared to date non-Muslims, refused to marry a Muslim or, for all I know, neglected to make their beds.

These days, whenever the Muslims act up, the mealy-mouthed crowd in Washington blames it on some silly trigger. Sometimes it’s a video or a cartoon or even a teddy bear, other times the blood-letting is blamed on Gitmo or an alleged trashing of a Koran.

Barack Obama, a man who hasn’t yet seen fit to pay a visit to Israel, one of our few actual allies, wasted no time rushing off to Cairo in 2009 and announcing that “Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance.”

Hell, Islam doesn’t even have a proud tradition of tolerating Islam. If there’s one thing they enjoy more than killing a Christian or a Jew, it’s Shiites slaughtering Sunnis, and Sunnis getting a kick out of murdering Shiites.

Bibles are burned all over the Middle East, and Christians are crucified, and our president bows and scrapes, and members of Congress curry their favor with billions of our tax dollars.

In Afghanistan, we teach their soldiers and cops how to use weapons and, as a final exam, they prove how well they’ve learned their lessons by shooting our soldiers in the back.

If Muslims were from outer space, we would all band together to battle them, recognizing how deeply ingrained were their evil intentions. But because so far as we can tell, they’re earthlings, we permit someone like Major Hassan to serve and be promoted in our military; we allow their clerics to enter our prisons and convert dangerous felons; we pretend that Pakistan, the country that shielded the mastermind behind 9/11 for a decade, is our ally in the war on terrorism; we permit Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to come to America and insult us at the U.N. Finally, for good measure, we remain in the U.N. where the Arab and Muslim countries out-number the western democracies and out-vote us time and again.

The terminally naïve were those who saw the upheavals in the Middle East led by the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda and imagined that something good was going to come of it. These people have been the dregs of the world for well over a thousand years, and were it not for the accident of oil lurking beneath the desert sand, they would still be riding around on camels and living in tents.

Although they are a backward and blood-thirsty lot, I still hold them in higher regard than I do our leaders who continue to curtsy to the followers of Islam, displaying what everyone knows is merely fear and disgust, but that they hope will be mistaken for tolerance and respect.

Where are all these so-called non-violent Muslims?

       Fox: In cemeteries.

Why has Obama been wearing a ring that is inscribed “There is no God but Allah”.   There are photos of him wearing this ring in the 1980s at college and he used this ring for his wedding ring in 1992.   Why the inscription?

    • BurtPrelutsky

juju:  If the ring is really inscribed as you say, it can only mean what you assume it means.  Unless, of course, he bought it from a guy selling jewelry from the trunk of an ’83 Buick.

      • Judy Buha

I asked why he had worn this ring all his life and used it as a wedding ring.  Obama said himself the ring was from Indonesia where he grew up.   The inscription was explained by others as to its meaning and significance.   Why was that ring so special to use it for his wedding ring and wear it throughout his entire life.   It is a question not a conclusion.

      • jujubeebee

The design is on the outside where it is visible.  Look at the photos.
Would a Jewish girl wear a crucifix necklace for 30 years every single day?
        Just asking.
I know very little about the Muslim faith.   Obama grew up in Indonesia learning it.   He knows what the ring meant and long wore before his wedding and used it as a wedding ring.  It was not like he could not afford a wedding ring as a lawyer!

    • Fox56

      Surely you jest,Obama a Muslim?

  • American Veteran

I must commend the author for his artfully explanation without using expletives.  And yes, I got the point… Muslims are sons of bees!

I’m Irish Catholic.  I don’t have a claddagh ring.  The symbolism on that is not religious but rather represents love, friendship and loyalty by the 2 hands clasping a heart, surmounted by a crown.
The symbols on BHO’s ring, which apparently he must think alot of since he has worn it most of his life, is adorn with the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada.    He grew up in Indonesia and was taught the Muslim faith.    Since I am not a Muslim you would need to ask them how important wearing a piece of jewelry with this on it is.
There are enough close up photos and comparisons in that website to view.
        Why the ring?

Short of actually clearing areas of our country that have already become Muslim enclaves, such as Lodi and Dearborn, MI, what should we do?

You speak the truth, but many will say you are intolerant.  I say you are a realist.   I’m afraid that political correctness will be our country’s downfall.  Our enemies know this, and will use our system against us.  It is incomprehensible to me that the people in our country worry more about Islamaphobia than jihad.   It is a war we seem unable to fight, because we refuse to call it what it is, and our enemy hides among us.  I particularly enjoy when people point out that only a small percentage of Muslims are radical Islamists.  Problem is, there are, I don’t know, 1.5 billion Muslims?  Even a small percentage is quite a frightening number of fanatics, don’t you think?

    • BurtPrelutsky

twin: I believe that to be a Muslim is to be a fanatic.  If I had been born one, I would have long ago converted to Christianity or Judaism.

      You certainly sound barking-mad!

  • cmacrider

Burt:  If, as is frequently suggested, the vast majority of the Middle East is tolerant and desirous of living in peace and harmony with America and her Allies, then this greatly simplifies our foreign policy.  First, serve Notice on the Middle East that it is the responsibility of this overwhelmingly peaceful majority to take whatever steps they deem necessary to bring this small minority of terrorists under control.  If they fail to do so and subsequent acts of terror occur in the West, we will respond militarily by inflicting 10 times the damage to property and human life on countries we suspect as being the origins of that terror attack.  Secondly, wait for the next terrorist attack and respond as previously advised.  (I’m certain America has a few stealth bombers and missiles to do the job)  After the reprisal wait for the phone calls and tell them that the next terrorist attack will be responded to by inflicting 20 times the damage.
(Just to avoid the allegation of racial profiling, this Notice could be served upon Israel since I don’t think Israel will have to adjust their policies much to deal with this new foreign policy)

    • BurtPrelutsky

cma: The U.S. has no idea of how to wage war these days.  It’s not the fault of the soldiers, but of the military leadership and the politicians.  They are far more concerned with how they’ll come off in the NY Times and on CNN than they are with destroying our enemies.

If the same crowd had been around in the 1940s, we’d all be speaking German.

      • cmacrider

Burt:  I agree with your pragmatic observation.  However, for an unparalleled communicator like B.O it should be an easy sale to his friends at the NY Times and CNN.  All he has to say is (1) America is just helping the “vast majority of peace loving muslims to realize their desire to live in peace with the West” and (2) on the problem of collateral damage he could admit that “it’s a problem but to reduce collateral damage he would have to instigate a bunch of intrusive intelligence and he doesn’t think its appropriate for America to act like a bunch of colonial imperialists.”   Failing the above, he just gets Biden to say that “he and the President were never told of the bombing attacks” … that should keep the Left in line.

When are we going to finally get sick of being kicked in the ass by these savages?  When are we going to get sick of this political correctness and take a stand?  These muslims are getting away with murder–literally–and none of these politicians seem willing to open their eyes and call a spade a spade.  What has the country become????

Excellent article once again Burt!  It made me mad reading it so you know you’ve done a good job when you can make someone mad!

Truth is truth, whether we like to hear it or not.  This truth is ugly and provocative, but no less the truth.

Great one Burt.  Time for everybody to speak up against.  The truth hurts & this article should make the shiite hit the fan.

Telling it like it is.  Muslims are always causing trouble wherever they exist.  There is no such thing as a “moderate”  Muslim.  We are not fighting  a political system but a religion and a  political system combined whose adherents are true believers.  I have likened them to Nazis and it is impossible to negotiate with them.  Non-violence does not work with true believers when they are sworn to a belief system that commands them to kill all enemies that they cannot convert.  The Israelis understand this but many in our government do not.  Instead these Neville Chamberlains keep looking for a “peace process.”

    • BurtPrelutsky

G.D.: Unfortunately, there are many in Israel who are left-wingers who are every bit as nutty as our own.  They can be just as stupid, too, as borne out by the fact that they were suckered by the Oslo Accords.  They even referred to their own territory as settlements, which lends it a temporary air.  It would be like our country calling New Mexico, Arizona and Texas, settlements.
