You're right. I watched it. Tim was and is Presidential material. I wonder if by chance if Trump won the nomination that he would accept a VP candidacy? Under normal circumstances a VP position is a good jump to being a future President. But in his case, I believe it would be a major mistake as Trump at some point, would throw him under the bus. Like Pence.
And he'd handily beat Biden in the general election. But Republican voters aren't smart enough to give Scott the nomination.

I think that's actually what Scott is vying for, so I'd say the answer to that is a big yes. But if that's what happens, it won't help Trump in the general election. I don't think any VP choice can help him, because... at the end of the day, it would still be Trump at the top of the ticket.
