Bernie, Your microphone gain is too high, dial it back a notch. Or move back 6 inches.

I don't have any reason to believe that poll will hold true on election day given historical precedent, but it'll be interesting to see when the wash-up happens.

Polling this far away from election day has been known to be incredibly erroneous on a number of occasions and I think this is another example that wil be proven wrong. Bookmark it.

If it's right, Ill subscribe to the NYT.

RE: The survey you cite that says a large percentage of AA's under 30 think the Republicans are more likely to keep their promises, did the survey ask respondents whether they favored those Republican promises? Possibly, a number of the Respondent did not like that R's kept their promises.

Bernie, how do you account for the increase in black voters supporting Trump?

There have been poor economies & bad Dem candidates before though. So do you think there is an additional explanation for this shift right by black voters?

Poor economy? What's so poor about it?

This is a reference to Bernie's poll mentions (his clip ~1:20 mark on the economy); so we'd need further details on that polling to get a precise answer to your question. But I'd imagine it's perceived as fair/poor mostly due to inflation.

But if we take the premise that the economy is semi-decent (low unemployment, NASDAQ, etc indicators)...that makes my question all the more compelling - in a semi-decent economy run by a de-facto incumbent, why in the world would black voters shift right? Why now?

Bernie, I found it laughable that the minute the Harris campaign heard the black vote was slipping away they resorted to throwing the so called “free stuff” on the table like reconsidering reparations and million dollar bonuses for upstart black entrepreneurs. Is their campaign management so stupid as to believe that trolling this garbage in front of a population is actually going to make a difference?

Im dizzied by the complete lack of understanding the campaign has of its voters.
