John and Bernie; Fox is reporting that the Harris campaign donated to Al Sharpton and Oprah Winfrey's organizations. Probably not surprising but your thoughts.
Bernard - That was good old fashion journalism, between two people really worth listening to. Bill dominates this kind of discussion (always has) and Bernard gave him space to air his views. Bernard looked like a deer in the headlights, shocked and surprised when Bill gave the death notice to main stream broadcast TV media. Bill gave excellent back-up for his prediction of the demise of broadcast media CBS, NBC, ABC, plus CNN, and MSNBC. The news print media former giants are already zombies. TV demographics are shifting fast, older viewers are being replaced (or not) and so they are losing viewers and seem incapable of changing with the times toward the subscription model that Fox Nation is developing. The old and biased broadcast TV media giants will be rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic for the next few years until they go under the waves. Personally, I have difficulties with podcasts that aren't regular enough for me (Bernard I'm talking to you). But at almost 70, I'm part of that disappearing demographic Bill O'Reilly referenced. BR
News is not my field, but I'll take a stab at it. It seems to me the difference between Walter Cronkite on the CBS evening News when I was growing up and now all the media and the news being on the internet; is that the whole of CBS back then was being sold to advertisers-the news just being a part of that package. People tuned into Walter Conkite to hear the news, period. If you wanted an opinion, you tuned into another CBS show. Now, as Bill O'Reilly stated; everything is subscriptions over the internet, where people pay to hear what they want to hear. If you want straight news, yiu can just read it on the news apps on your phone. I no longer have a TV anymore-50 year old thing broke down and I'm not getting a new one because anything I want from it will be on the internet.
This was really good
Great show, Bernie, from two of the best in broadcast news!

Pretty funny.
That was so much fun. Johnny D. is the best.
Clever!
Excellent podcast, Bernie. You and O’Reilly truly are best of the best.

Berney, what good do you think will become of the Trump administration over the next few years
