I see this morning that these same University Presidents are releasing statements and backing off their testimony or at least trying to lessen the blow of their testimony. I have attended events where University heads speak and from my limited experience, these people are not rocket scientists. Just simple administrators managing today's nut houses. The defense of our Jewish citizens is critical to our democracy and those students that hold the racist signs and make the death chants need to be expelled and if they are foreign, deported. I have walked the Nazi death camps and it cannot happen again. We cannot become a nation of animals. Free speech has consequences.
It was great to see News Nation host the 4th GOP debate. MSNBC and CNN are all over it like you now what. But depressingly, I think think it counts for little for voters. I think Chris Christie is the most likeable and straight talking out of the bunch. Remember, people vote for candidates based on the most inane and superficial things, let alone policy positions. So there's that.
Christie, by far, has been the most honest person of anyone on the GOP stage in every debate. Which is why he never stood a chance, and is disliked by most of the base.
