Well I have my answer on what would Gaetz would do next. Personally I thought the whole thing was a way to get him out of congress when he was nominated. No way was he going to get confirmed and they had to know it. The President might just have him right where he wants him.

"This is just the latest example of the revolving door between politics and the media."

It's throughout government. Government regulators end up working for the companies they supposedly regulated. At some point a few years ago government turned into a business and the Washington DC area turned into Beverly Hills. I consider myself a study of ancient Rome and I see similarities. We build coliseums and feed political spenders providing handouts to the money to keep them in power. And the barbarians are at the gates.

You Mention that OANN and makes Fox look more liberal. Actually, it just makes Fox look more honest.

I have to wonder why people with…shall we say…”tarnished” backgrounds and histories (especially RECENT histories of behaviors that are questionable at best and criminal at worst) decide to run for political positions. Do they seriously believe that in this day and age that their ultimately embarrassingly bad behavior won’t be exposed eventually by their political enemies for all to see ( and YES I KNOW both sides do it; So F—ING What!?)

I actually think the opposite has been true, at least in the GOP over the last 8-9 years. Those with exceptionally poor character have reached new political heights, while those with strong character have been purged from party and public office.

If Gaetz hadn't pissed off so many of his Republican colleagues, I think he'd still be Trump's AG nominee. Much of what was reported by the House Ethics committee had been known internally for a long time, and yet it was tolerated because he was a prominent MAGA foot-soldier.

I also think politicians feel competitive pressure to out-outrage each other in this day of collective ADHD. It's about getting attention in what Bernie calls the "United States of Entertainment".

Bernard - instead of appaulding the system for correctly working for a change (relegating a wayward novice to an abscure cable outlet), you take the easy route and pile on the pathetic.

Ignoring the real story (like most lib writers covering for the Dems), that we have a financially greased, mentally degraded, top secret treasonist thief as president and being blatantly manipulated by a far left staff. Even the designated liar, Presidential spokesperson-lesbian won't defend him anymore. BR
