Bernie, how could you write your March 16th commentary and then write this tirade. This won’t help your subscribers staying with you. I’m done! John Daly and you seem to have a serious TDS issue. Bye Byi
Sorry to see you go, but we don't exist to cheer-lead for Donald Trump or any other politician or political party. We're here to offer our honest, fact-based views.
Notice how, as usual, he fails to offer any sort of counter argument, other than the tired, "how dare you criticize Trump". It's also amusing that he references Bernie's column from this morning - as if it is not physically possible to criticize BOTH the Democrats AND Trump.
You and Bernie have made it crystal clear that you are not GOP water carriers, and simply call it as you see it. This is precisely WHY I subscribed to this site. I don't want/need propaganda, I want intelligent analysis and discussion of our current political landscape.
Whenever Bernie appears on Bill O'Reilly's show (where Bernie is typically talking critically about the liberal media or others on the left), we get a fair number of new subscribers (for which we're thankful).
But because most of them are big Trump supporters, they then get mad upon realizing that Bernie and I aren't afraid to tell truthful criticism about their guy.
You're right in that a lot of people simply can't understand how we can possibly criticize people on both sides, as if everything one team does is bad, and everything the other team does is good.
I'm glad you get it, John. I think most of our subscribers do. But moments like this illustrate why so many once thoughtful media-conservatives end up going full MAGA. It's what the vast majority of right-wing consumers want.
whatshisname - there you go again, regurgitating leftist financial market blather like you understand the market trends from all your vast financial experience, trying to be cool cheerleading Bernard.
You can't even acknowledge the Ukrainian ceasefire progress, after completely blowing that forecast of yours.
I'm just running out my monthly subscription, too. You are a one man going-out-of-business podcaster. I've had it your twisting every little event to your twisted hatred of President Trump. TDS is real. I hear ’The View’ on ABC might need your opinions. You’ll fit in nicely with the Joy Bahar crew. You can probably drive a nail in that coffin, too.
So far, President Trump is showing way more progress than you two predicted.
A buddy of mine read this piece today. After seeing Bob's denial that tariffs are behind the stock market losses, and his lauding of Trump's "ceasefire progress," he asked if Bob was actually "Baghdad Bob." 😄
"Ceasefire progress" - Energy and Infrastructure only, in exchange for halting all aid to Ukraine. In other words, Russia is agreeing to not blow up the power plants and infrastructure that it will take over when it conquers Ukraine following the cessation of aid. Sounds like a fair deal to me!
I realize, Conrad, that to Trump loyalists, those who criticize Donald Trump are bad. But among both his critics and supporters are lots of nice people.

Bernie didn't write this. I did.
Sorry to see you go, but we don't exist to cheer-lead for Donald Trump or any other politician or political party. We're here to offer our honest, fact-based views.
Take care.

It's a regular routine here, unfortunately:

Adios whatshisname
Dear Bob's programmer:
If you can't make "Bob" sound any more coherent than Joe Biden during his last presidential debate, why are you even bothering with any of this?
Apparently, the latest patch release has a new "foaming at the mouth" feature.

John, you’re probably a nice person in person. But when it comes to politics, you turned me off. The lease said the better.
I realize, Conrad, that to Trump loyalists, those who criticize Donald Trump are bad. But among both his critics and supporters are lots of nice people.
You belong in Congress as a democrat. To me that’s a hate group.
I'm sorry you've let politics do this to you, Conrad.
Tribalism really does a number on some folks.
Once again, you don't provide any counter argument to the points John made in his article. You're simply mad because he criticized Trump.
Incidentally, I WISH congressional Democrats shared my policy views. No such luck.
The best part of this site is how you and Bernie trick people into subscribing to read your thoughts on issues of the day. Brilliant!
Lol.
